I have used several home warranty companies. By far CP has been the best over the past 10 years. Never have failed to fix or offer a partial cost of replacement. CP Pays for AC/Heating preventative costs if both done at same time.

We have had a warranty through Complete Appliance Protection for 8 years and it we have been very satisfied with their service. It has definitely been money well spent. Their customer service has been great. They work with different service companies to provide repairs and general maintenance and sometimes those service providers are not as fast as we’d like in ordering parts needed for repairs, but other than that I have no complaints. Prior to using CAP, we worked with two other home warranty companies, neither of which I’d give a good review. Complete Appliance Protection has far superior service. I highly recommend them.
